Privacy Policy
This policy covers two things in plain English: what this website collects about you, and how the One More Knock service handles data about postcard recipients.
What this website collects
We will be plain about this, because being plain about this is our business.
We use standard analytics tools (Google Analytics, PostHog) to understand how people use this site: pages viewed, buttons clicked, where visitors came from. These tools may set cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) also keeps standard, short-lived server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.
This site also runs the same visitor-identification technology we sell. It attempts to match anonymous visitors to a verified name and mailing address through a licensed identity graph. If you visit this site, we may identify you and mail you a postcard about One More Knock. We figure you would rather see the machine work than read about it. That card will tell you exactly how it found you, and how to never hear from us again.
Booking a call
Scheduling runs on Calendly. What you enter there (your name, email, and anything you write in the booking form) is handled under Calendly's privacy policy and shared with us as your booking. We use it to hold the call and follow up with you. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we never sell or share your contact information.
How the service handles recipient data
One More Knock mails postcards on behalf of client companies. To do that, we match website visits against a licensed identity graph and hold the resulting names and mailing addresses ourselves, as a service provider to our clients. Three commitments:
1. We do not sell this data or hand it to our clients. It is used to print and mail postcards, and for nothing else.
2. Postcards never reference anyone's website activity.
3. Anyone can opt out of all mailings we send. Email hello@onemoreknock.com with your mailing address and we will add it to our suppression list across every client, permanently.
Mail from this site's own visitors
We may send one postcard to identified visitors of this website. One card, no drip. Every card carries an opt-out. Email hello@onemoreknock.com and we suppress your address across everything we send, for every client, permanently.
Your rights
Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Email hello@onemoreknock.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new effective date.
